What you will be doing:
The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding the team development efforts towards successful project delivery. The task ahead is varied, interesting and challenging. You will work in a startup environment. You will have the chance to work with a growing international team. There is plenty of room for creativity and your own ideas. We offer a dynamic working environment in the office, if you’re nearby at headquarters in Tbilisi, Georgia. You should bring positive energy to the team and experience joy in sharing, teaching and seeing other team members grow under your supervision. 


  • Defining product features according to customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
  • Identifying areas of improvement.
  • Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • 3+ years of expertise in managing digital products.
  • Experience in leading a team of five or more.
  • Knowledge/Experience: Implementation of or expertise with software for contact centers or customer service, knowledge of loyalty schemes, and e-commerce.
  • Russian, English, and office programs.
  • Covid vaccination.

Would be a plus, if you have:

  • built one digital product from the ground up.
  • participated in the creation of customer service software (call center, contact center, CRM).
  • basic knowledge in computer science.


  • Technical leadership
  • Collaborating with the team and delegating tasks to the appropriate team members
  • Taking responsibility for development and maintenance for the entire back end and reporting to senior management
  • Setting up engineering practices and processes and supporting engineers with development activities
  • Monitoring team performance to ensure project goals are met
