Senior Backend TypeScript Developer

Nexus is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Senior Backend TypeScript Developer.

What you will be doing:
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering development efforts toward successful project delivery. The task ahead is varied, interesting and challenging. You will work in a startup environment. You will have the chance to work with a growing international team. There is plenty of room for creativity and your own ideas. Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in development.
Advanced experience with TypeScript / JavaScript / ES7+ / Node.js.
Experience with various Data Storages (RDBMS, NoSQL, ElasticSearch)
Experience with the AWS cloud platform
Confident working with the Git version control system
Understanding of CI/CD processes
Knowledge of designing distributed systems/microservices
Intermediate spoken and written English
Experience with data analytics, working with RAW (Not clean data) and transforming it to a structural view
Strong understanding and use of SOLID principles

Would be a plus:

Experience with AWS DynamoDb / OpenSearch / AWS SAM
Out-of-the-box thinking
Understanding Hexagonal architecture / Clean Code pattern

Current Tech Stack:

TypeScript / JavaScript / Python
AWS Serverless stack (SAM, DynamoDB, Lambda, StepFunctions, OpenSearchS3 etc)
Gitlab
