We are looking for a motivated Junior Backend Engineer / Intern who wants to grow into a strong engineer. What matters the most for us is your mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do:

• Work on backend services (mainly Go, but prior Go experience is not required).
• Implement features and fix bugs.
• Learn how real production systems work (APIs, databases, messaging systems).
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Gradually take ownership of parts of the system.

Basic requirements:

• Understanding of programming fundamentals (variables, loops, functions, basic data structures).
• Experience with at least one programming language (Go, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTTP / APIs.
• Familiarity with Git (commit, push, pull).
• Ability to learn independently and read documentation.

Nice to have:

• Some experience with Go.
• Basic understanding of:
  • REST APIs.
  • SQL / databases.
  • Docker.
  • Personal or university projects.
  • GitHub profile or any code you can share.

What will make you stand out:

• You’ve built something (even small):
• API, CLI tool, pet project, etc.
• You can explain how your project works.
• You can talk about challenges you faced and how you solved them.

Hiring process:

Instead of complex interviews, we may ask you to complete a small practical task, such as building a simple API. This helps us understand how you think and work.
